this weekend's gonna be a long weekened, everyone has gone home .... should have gone back home with caitlin .... but i had class today and she didn't :( :( that would have been fun!! i miss having somewhere i can go back to!

i dunno what i'm going to do this weekend ..... i shold go out and see the side of brrokings i haven't yet i suppose :p lol!!

GUESS WHAT!!! Flo Rida is coming to brookings for a concert..... can you imagine, brooking south dakota :p lol!!! ..... i'm going :) :) its my first concert and its gonna be a flo rida concert ...... i think thats really cool .... to bad t.i isn't coming :p hahaha

my sister is getting married here though .... in december :) got my bridesmaid dress and all!! ..... that should be loads of fun! can't wait .... best part of all ...... my parents are coming :D :D ...... eta, two months!!!!

its funny here really you know .... well there was last week, damn hectic..... felt like i was doing nothing but got everything done ...... then there was this week, did everything, time seemed well organized but then i managed to get nothing done it seemed :p

rushing to meet deadlines ...... waking up at 4 to finish homework ..... sleeping at two to finish homework again ...... wishing class is canceled just to be dissapointed :p haha .... ahh, the life of a uni student :p haha .... missed that for a while there back home :)

so i went for my first football game :p haha ... that was something really :) ..... i think i'll be a jackrabbit fanatic in time to come :p lol!! go jacks!! (tapi tak de yg comel pun :p) haha

i like going for lab :p hahahaha ..... lol! :) :) :)

i'm clueless in my circuit class but love my digital systems class when the latter is the harder one :p

its getting cold .... and its gonna get colder and colder and colder (wouldn't it be nice to have someone to cuddle with :p lol)

its raining here mich .... but then its freezing cold with the rain so i don't feel like running out and playing in it :( .... haha

i should be doing my lab report now :p haha ..... k, i'll go .... have tests and quizzes next week :) ..... bye for now!

life here.....

so that was the fun side of what i've been doing .... but other than that?? ...hmm lets see

well at first there was that whole crappy problem with the housing .... but then thats over with now and i have my own room in the dorm ..... i really like the room :) and the girls in my floor are all really nice .... getting to know them well now and they're awesome :D

first week was all fun and relaxing .... no classes just orientation ......

then the second week came, i was busy getting things done like opening a bank account here buying books, getting all the credits finalised, changing classes and stuff like that ..... no the worst yet

then third week came ...... with welcoming parties, department picnics, dorm events ......... HOMEWORK, QUIZZES, TESTS!!!

and so it begins the hectic lifestyle of a uni student :p haha

but truth be told, i'm really happy here ..... i love everyone at my EE department .... my head of department and undergrad head are just awesome!! and my professors are really nice too!!

the christian fellowship here really helped me a lot ..... nobody was really talking to the weird foreign kid in class at the beginning, then one of the guys in my class attended the christian fellowship as well .... then now we're good friends ..... he's a smart pants ..... so he's helping me out with homework and stuff :D

making friends isn't really that easy esp since i'm like joining halfway ..... but they're being nice to me .... so thats good :) in time it'll be all good i'm sure!!!

God has put so many people in my path that has helped me a lot ..... just as samson dabbas prophesied ..... thank you Jesus!

I'm really excited to see how God will use me in this land! Hopefully it involves me getting good grades too :p haha .... which reminds me i have a quiz on monday :p
